How to communicate with the guest in Airbnb

Every time you contact a guest before booking a trip:

Send a message personalized for the guest (even better on the guest language and for any problem use Google Translate) and remember to sign with your name and position in the company. In order to send a message in Airbnb with Mondosol you need the co hosting function (if not yet activated, Mondosol will send you a co host request by email, to accept immediately).

Make sure you do not include any personal contact information like property name, address, phone, email, internet website or social media (in Airbnb the addresses, words or numbers with contact information are hidden) like in this example:

💡 Note: Your address is only shared with confirmed guests and unconfirmed guests can check where the accommodation is located by looking at the position in the map.

Only when the reservation is confirmed, the telephone number, the address of the accommodation and the anonymous version of the email address will be shared automatically.

Communicating or making payments outside of Airbnb can pose a risk and we want to make sure that you are best protected against online fraud.

Every time a trip is confirmed:

In Airbnb you can send messages or call to communicate with your guest until the trip is finished. Send a message personalized for the guest (even better on the guest language and for any problem use Google Translate) with the check in, house manual, house rules and direction information

💡 Note: The guest and host email provided by Airbnb does not work a few days after the check out. When the reservation is confirmed, the telephone number, the address of the accommodation and the anonymous version of the email address will be shared automatically.

Advantages of booking with Airbnb:

Airbnb will give you access to the secure payment system, 24 hour support, the Host Guarantee and the Host Protection Insurance program.
